AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE �LA,T OF FARRAR SUBDIVISION, BEING A
SUBDIVISION OF PART OF U.S.P. SURVEY NO. 3090, TOWNSHIP 30 AND
31 NORTH, RANGE 13 EA5T, CITY AN� COUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
STATE OF MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION l. That the plat of Farrar Subdivision, being
a Subdivision of Part of U.S.P. Survey No. 3090 , Township 3Q and
31 North, Range 13 East, City and County of Cape Girardeau, State
of Missouri, as shown on the original plat of said Farrar Subdivision,
dated October 15, 1970, which plat was filed with the City Clerk
and the City Engineer and examined and approved by them, i,s herebX
accepted and approved upon the condition that the plat be recorded
in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds as required by law and
that all taxes against the same are paid as required by Section
445. 030 RSMo 1959.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to endorse upon said original plat dated as aforesaid
and executed by Percy W. Farrar and Bertha C. Farrar, husband and
wife; owners, on the 15th day of October, 1970, the approval of the
City Council, attested by the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri.
SECTION 3. Tk�is ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten (1Q) days after its passage and approval.
