EA3T, A DISTANCE OF 839.8 FEET TO TH�, EAST LINE OF THE EAST LEG OF
LANDGRAF DRIVE, IN THE CITY OF GkPE G:IRARDEAU, MISSOL�RI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF TI-� CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSGURI, AS FOLL��tS:
SECTION 1 . That the grade as hereafter described shall be the grade
for the center of Lombardo Drive from the exi.sting concrete pavement
near the east line of Cape Roek Drive, east, a distance of 839•g feet
to the east line of the east leg of Landgraf Drive, in the City of
Cape C*irardeau, Missouri, and is with reference to Mean Sea Level.
�CTICN 2. Begir. at the end of the e:xi.sting concrete pavement near
the east line of Cape tcock Drive, which point for the purpose of this
description shall be known as Station Ot-08.7, with an elevation of
407.14; thence east with a descending grade of 11�.39 per cent to an
elevation of 401 .19 at Station 0+50; thence with a vertical curve to
an elevation of 391 .00 at Station 1+5t); thence with a vertical curve
to an elevation oF 386.2$ at Station 'a�+50; thence with a descending
grade of 3.50 per cent to an elevatio�z of 3�2.75 at Station 3+50;
therice �rith a vertical curve to an elE:vation of 3�30.50 at Station
1�+50; thence with a descending grade of 1 .�0 per cent to an elevation
of 379.00 at Station 6+00; thence with a descending grade of 0.5 per
cent to an elevation of 377.75 at Stat,ion 8+48.5 at the e=�st line of
the east leg of Landgraf Drive.
SECTIOhi 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
f orce from and after 10 days Pollowing its passage and approval.
