GIP�ARi)EAU, MISSOUftI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . That the �,rade as hereinafter described shall be
the grade for the center of an alley betwren Fraderick Street
and Middle Street, from Bellevue Street to North Street, in
the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and is with reference to
A�ean Sea Level.
SECTION 2. Begin at the north curb line of Bellevue Street
with an clevation of 4U7.27; thence north a distance of 10
feet to the north line of Bellevue Street to an elevation of
4�7+80; thence with an ascending grade of O.S per cent a
distanee of 50 feet to an elevation of 408.05; thence with
a vertical curve a distance of 100 feet to an elevation of
409.72; thcnce with an ascending grade of 2.g5 per cent a
distance of 100 feet to an elevation of 412.57; thence with
a vertical curve a distance of 100 feet to an elevation of
417.93; thence with an ascending grad�e of 7.86 per cent a
distance of 60 feet to an elevation o:P /�22.65; thence with a
vertical curve a distance of 60 feet to an elevation of k21�..g5;
thenc� a distance of 7 feet to an elevation of k2L�.60 at the
south curb line of North Street.
SECTION 3. That all ordinanccs or paxts of ordinances in
conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby
repealed.
SECTIGN l�. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after �0 days follawin� its passage and approval.
