INC. , A MISSOURI CORPORATION, FOR PART OF OUTLOT NUMBER 56, U. S.
PRIVATE SURVEY N0. 21.99, TOWNSHIP 3Q NORTH, RANGE 13 AND 14 EAST,
CITY AND COUNTY OF CAPE GTRARDEAU, 5TATE OF MISBOURI, FOR STREET
RIGHT-OF-WAY �'OR CLARK AVENUE EXTENDED, SOUTH OF BLOOMFIELD ROAD.

by Kenneth R. Hoheimer, President, has executed a Quit Claim
Deed, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, a portion
of Outlot Number 56, U. S. Private Survey No. 21.99, Township 30
North, Range 13 and 14 East, in the City and County of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, a� more fully described hereinafter in this Ordinance,
and the City desires to accept such deed and have the same recorded.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MI5SOURI, AS FOLLOW5:
SECTION l. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a Quit Claim Deed executed by Kenrick Properties, Inc. ,
a Missouri Corporation by Kenneth R. Hoheimer, President, dated
the 19th day of August, 1970, conveying to the Cit�r of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, the follo�ring described real estate located
in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri:
Part of Outlot Number 56, U. S. Private Survey
No. 2199, Township 30 North, Range 13 and 14 East,
City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of Mi.ssouri,
described as follotits:
Start at a stone on the South line of said Outlot
Number 56 at the Southwest corner of Block l0, Koch' s
Addition, a subdivisi.on of a part of Outlot 56; thence
North 83° 00 ' West, 302. 5 feet to the point of beginning;
thence North 7° QO ' East, parallel to the West line of
said Koch'� Addition, 1, 166. 4 feet to the South line of
Bloomfield Road; thence South�resterly, 53. 2 feet, along
the South line of Bloomfield Road to a point which lies
50 . 0 feet Tniest, measured normal to the last described
line; thence South 7° 00 ' �nTest parallel to the Tntest line
of said Koch's Addition, 1,147. 6 feet tv a point lying

SECTION 2 . The Quit Claim Deed hereby conveyed as descr�.bed
in Section 1 hereof is for the purpos.e of enabling the City, it�

Bloomfield Road, in the City o� Cape Girardeau, Missouri, all
as shown on the plan� for �aid extension.
SECTION 3. It i� ordered by the Council of the City
of Cape Girardeau that said. deed be recorded by the Ci.ty Clerk
in the O�fice of the Recorder of Deeds of Cape Girardeau County,
Missouri.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall kae in full force and
effect ten (10) days after its passage and approval.
