BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CZTX QF CA�E GIRARDEAU,
MISSQURI, AS FOLLOW5:
SECTION 1. That the plat of Crites 3rd Addition to the City
of Cape Girardeau, bei.ng a Subdivi,sion o� Part of Outlot 82, U.S.
Pr%vate Survey No. 2199, To�rnship 3a and 3I North., Range 13 East,
5th Principal Meridian, City and County of Cape Girardeau, State a�
Missouri, as shown on the original plat of saa:d Crites 3rd Addit.ion
to the City of Cape Girardeau, dated May 18, 197Q, whi:ch plat was
filed �rith the City� Clerk and the City Engineer and examined and
approved by them, is hereby accepted and approved upon the conditi,on
that the plat be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds
as required b�r law and that all taxes again�t th.;e same are �aid as
requi,red by Section 445. 030 RSMo 1959 .
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk i.s hereby authori,zed and
directed to endor�e u�on said original plat dated as aforesai.d
and executed by LoX E. Crites and Gladys Crite:s, hu�band and wife;
Charles N. Harris and Constance Harris, husband and cai..fe; and LaRoy
R. Ro�er and Leone. Roper, husband Hr-ife; o�n:er�, on the 18th day of
I�ay, 1970, the approval o� the City Council, attested by the seal o�
the Ci,ty of Cape Gi;rardeau, Missouri.
SECTION 3. Thi� ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten (.1Q:� days after its: passage and ap�roval.
