The Mayor of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby authorized to accept on belialf of the City o� Cape Girardeau, Mi,ssouri, a State Grant in the amount of Fifty-four Thousand Nine Hundred Twalve Dollars. ($54, 912. 00) for Qroject Number MO-410, and to execute copies of a document shown as Exhi.:bit "A" and attached hereto, the Acceptance of the Ci:ty of Cape Girardeau, Missouri of said Grant.
