BE IT ORDAINEL, BY THF COUNCIL OF TEiE CITY OF CaPE GIRARDEAU, NISSOURI, AS FO:,LOWS: SECTION 1 . That the grade as hereinafter described shall ba the grade of the center of Wayne Strcet from thc center of Perry Avenue to the center of Wast End Boulevard, in the City of Cape �irardeau, Missouri, arid is with reference to Nean Sea Level. �CTIOIV 2. Begin at the ccnter line of Perry Avenue, which point for the purpose of this description shall be known as Station 0+00, with an elevation of 1+31�.26; thence with a descending grade to an elcvation of /�31�.00 at Sta. 0+15; thence with an ascending grade of 0.5 per cent to an elevation of 1+34.93 at Sta. 2+00; thence with a vertical curve to an elevation of 433.7� at Sta. 3+00; thence with a deacending grade of 2.80 � to an elevation of k28.�0 at Sta. 4+75; thence with a vertical curve to an elevation of 418.87 at Sta. 5+?5; trience with a descending grade of 17.24� to an elevation of 1�14.56 at Sta. 6+00; thence with a vertical curve to an elevation o.f k05.11� at Sta. 7+00; thencc with a descending grade of 1 .b � to an elevation of k03.70 at Sta. 7+90; thence to an elevation of /�04.04 at Sta. 8+11 .1 at the existing concrete pavement at the center of West End Boulevard. SECTION 3.
