SECTION 1. That the plat of Larling Subdivision, a resub-
di;vi�i,on of tFie South 107 feet of Lot� 1 tF�.ru 5 and all of Lots
6 tYiru 1Q, Block 5, Giboney Houck's� Third Subdiv%sion, City and County
of Cape. Girardeau, State of Missouri, a� shown on the original plat
o� said Larling Subdivi.sion dated May 28, 1970, which plat was filed
wa.th. the City Clerk and the City Engineer and examined and approved
by them, i.s hereb�r accepted and approved upon the condition that the
plat be recorded in tIze Office of the Recorder of Deeds as required
b�,r la� atnd that all taxes agains�t the same are paid as required by
Sect'ion 445.Q3Q RSMo 1959.
SECTION 2. Tliat the City Clerk i� hereby autIzorized and
directed to endors�e u�on said original plat dated as aforesaid
and executed by Rufu� B. Klue.sner and Kathleen W. Kluesner, husband
and wi��e, o�nrners, on the 28th day of May, 197Q, the approval of the
City Council, atte�ted by the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri.
SECTION 3. Thi;s ordinance shall be in full force and
ef�ect ten (.10) day� after i.t� pas:�age and aQproval.
