AN ORDZNANCE REPEALING CITY MA.NAGER FORM ORDINANCE NO. 453

inTHEREA5, the Ci.ty of Cape Gi.rardeau, Missouri, has enacted
City Manager Form Ord%nance No. 453 authorizi.ng the Mayor to
execute a Cooperation Agreement with th.e Housing Authority of
the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and;
WHEREAS, this Cooperation Agreement has been signed by
the Mayor of tlie City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and by the
Housing AutIlority of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and;
HiHEREAS, the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, desires to
execute a neHr Coopexation Agreement in lieu of that previously
executed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCZL OF THE
CITY Ok' CAPE GIRARDEAU, MIS50URI, AS FOLLOWS:
5ECTION l. That City Manager Form Ordinance No. 453
is hereby repealed and the Cooperation Agreement heretofore
signed bX the Mayor of the City of Cape Girardeau, 1ulissouri, under
authority granted i.n City Manager Form Ordinance No. 453, is hereby
considered to be null and void. �
SECTION 2. Thi� ordinance sh.all be in full force and effect
ten (10) days after it� passage and approval.
