SECTIO:d 1. That the boundaries of Sewer District �do. 13-E, a subdivision
of Sewer District �ao. 13, in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, shall be as
£ollows:
All of "Kenrick Subdivision," in the City of Cape Gzrardeau, P�Iissouri.
SECTIOid 2. That the plans for the constrizction of a system of sanitary
�.ateral sewers to serve Sewer District 2J�. 13-�, a copy of which are on file in
the office of the City Clerk, are hereby� a.pproved and ordered filed.
S:GTIO�V 3. That the owners of said "Kenrick Subdivision" are hereby granted
permission ta construct said system of s.�.nitary lateral sewers in Sewer District
l�o. 13-E, and to conriect same to existin;? sewers in Sewer District �to. 13,
subjeet to the follow:ing provisions•
l. That proper authority has been secured ta proceed from the I��issouri
Zdater Pollut3.on �3oard.
2. That all permanent easerr�nts fo�� said sewers on �rivate property are
r,iade to the City of Cape Girardeau, i'�issc�uri, prior to execution of a eontract
for the wor?� of construction of said sewEars.
3. That all Gity t}rdinances, Standard Specifications of the City, and
;�tate laws applicable to this project wi�:l oe oaserved in all respects.
4.. Th�t the quality o� the work a.n�i materials oe.inspected by a�ents of
the Department of :�'�ublic :�lorks of the said City, and the cost of said inspection
oe pai� to said City following the completion of the work and its acceptance b��
said City and the ��Zissouri ;aater 1'ollutic>n 3oard.
