AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 26-212 OF THE CODE OF

THE PLACEMENT OF STOP SIGNS AT KINGSWAY DRIVE AND
LeROY-VICTORIA; MISSOURI AND PEMISCOT; HA.NOVER AND
JEFFERSON; MERRIWETHER AND PARK; .ALBERT AND GOOD
HOPE; FOUNTAIN AND MASON; NEW MADRID AND MISSOURI;
GOOD HOPE AND SPANISH; BE5SIE AND SPRING; COLLEGE
AND MIDDLE; FOUNTAIN .AND MILL; AND AMENDING 5ECTION
26-214 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, RELATING TO THE
PLACEMENT OF YIELD RIGHT-O�'-Tn1AY SIGN AT HENDER50N
AND MERRIWETHER IN CAPE GIRA.RDEAU, MISSOURI

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAPE GIR.A.RDEAU, MIS50U12I, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION l. Stop signs are hereby authorized at the
following intersections by amending Schedule C of
Section 26-212 of the Code of Ordinances of the City
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, to include the following:
(1) Kingsway Drive and LeRoy-Victoria,
facing East and West.
(2) Missouri and Pemiscat, facing East and
West.
(3) Hanover and Jefferson, facing North
and South.
(4) Merriwether and Park, facing East
and West.
(5) Albert and Good Hope, facing North
and South.
(6) Fountain and Mason, facing East and West.
(7) New Madrid and Missouri, facing North
and South.
(8) Good Hope and Spanish, facing East and
West.
(9) Bessie and 5pring, facing East and T,�est.
(10) College and Middle, facing East and West.
(11) Fountain and Mill, facing East and West.
5ECTION 2. Yield right-of-way signs are hereby
authorized at the following intersection by amending
5chedule K of 5ection 26-214 of the Code of Ordinances

of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, to include
the following:
(1) Henderson and Merriwether, facing
East and West.
SECTION 3 . This ordinance shall be: in full
force and effect ten days after its passage and
approval.
