AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 26-214 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, RELATING TQ THE PLACEMENT OF YIELD
RIGHT—OF—WAY 5IGN5 AT 5PRIGG STREET AND BERTLING STREET, IN CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Schedule K of Section 26-2I4 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri , is hereby
amended by adding to such schedule the following:
(1) "At Sprigg Street and Bertling Street in the
right hand turn lane on Sprigg Street, facing
Northwest,. "
5ECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
