AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A QUIT CLAIM DEED FROM STOVALL & WILLIAMS
DEVELOPMENT CO. , A MI5SOURI CORPOR.ATION, FOR PART OF U.S.P . 5URVEY
NO. 2198, TOWN5HIP 31 NORTH, RANGE 13 EAST, CITY AND COUNTY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU, STATE OF MI55OURI, FOR STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY TO
IMPROVE AND CONSTRUCT STR�ETS IN NORTHWOOD HILLS SUBDIVISION
WHEREA5, 5tova1l & Williams Developmerit Co. , a Missouri
Corporation, by Roberts T. Williams, President and Max G. Stovall,
Secretary, have executed a Quit Claim Deed, conveying to the City
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, part of U.S .P . 5urvey No. 2198,
Township 31 North, Range 13 East, in Northwood Hills Subdivision,
in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, as more fully
described hereinafter in this Ordinance, and the City desires to
accept such deed and have the same recorded.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
hereby accepts a Quit Claim Deed executed by 5tova1l & Williams
Dedelopment Co. , a Missouri Corporation, by Roberts T. Williams ,
President and Max G. 5tovall, Secretary, dated the l8th day of
October, 1971, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
the following described real estate located in the City and County
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri:
Al1 those paved streets in Northwood Hills
Subdivision as shown on plat signed by
5tovall & Williams Development Co. , by
Roberts T. Williams , President and Max G.
5tovall, Secretary, dated the 2nd day of
June, 1971, as approved by the City Council
in City Manager Form Ordinance No. 580 ,
passed and approved June 24 , 1971, being a
part of U. S.P. Survey No. 2198, Township 31
North, Range 13 East, City and County of
Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri.
SECTION 2 . The Quit Claim Deed hereby conveyed as
described in Section 1 hereof is for the purpose of enabling
the City, its agents , servants and assigns to improve and

construct streets in Northwood Hills Subdivision, in the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
SEGTION 3 . It is ordered by the Council of the City
of Cape Girardeau that said deed be recorded by the City Clerk
in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cape Girardeau County,
Missouri .
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval.
