AN ORDIN.ANCE ACCEPTING A QUIT CLAIM DEED FROM LEONARD W. LOWES
AND HELEN J. LOWE5, HIS WIFE; AND A. D. PRICE AND BETTY PRICE,
HIS WIFE, FOR PART OF OUTLOT N0. 55, U.S . PRIVATE SURVEY NO.
2199 , CITY AND COUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, STATE OF MI5SOURI,
FOR STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY TO IMPROVE AND CONSTRUCT BRINK AVENUE
IN KENRICK 5UBDIVISION
WHEREAS, Leonard W. Lowes and Helen J. Lowes, his wife,
and A. �D, Price and Betty Price, his wife, have executed a Quit
Claim Deed, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
part of Outlot 55 , U.S. Private Survey No . 2199 , in Kenrick
Subdivision, in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
as more fully described hereinafter in this Ordinance, and
the City desires to accept such deed and have the same recorded.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURZ , AS FOLLOW5:
SECTION l. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
hereby accepts a Quit Claim Deed executed by Leonard W. Lowes
and Helen J. Lowes , his wife , and A. n. Price and Betty Price,
his wife, dated the 13th day of September, 1971, conveying
to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, the following described
real estate located in the City and County of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri:
Brink Avenue in Kenrick Subdivision as shown
on Plat signed by Leonard W. Lowes and A. D. Price,
dated the 3rd day of June, 1970 , as approved by the
City Council in City Manager Form Ordinance No. 493,
passed and approved June l7 , 1970 , being a part
of Outlot No. 55, U. S. Private Survey No. 2199 ,
City and County of Cape Girardeau, 5tate of Missouri.
SECTION 2. The Quit Claim Deed hereby conveyed as
described in Section 1 hereof is for the purpose of enabling
the City, its agents , servants and assigns to improve and
construct Brink Avenue in Kenrick Subdivision, in the City
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .

5ECTION 3 . It is ordered by the Council of the
City of Cape Girardeau that said deed be recorded by the
City Clerk in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cape
Girardeau County, Missouri .
SECTION 4 . This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval.
