AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A QUIT CLAIM DEED FROM KENRICK PROPERTIES,
INCORPORATED FOR PART OF OUTLOT NUMBER 56, U.S. PRIVATE SURVEY
NO. 2199, TOWNSHIP 30 NORTH, RANGE 13 AND 14 EAST, CITY A1VD COUNTY
OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, STATE OF MIS50URI, FOR STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY TO
IMPROVE AND CONSTRUCT STREETS ON SPRING STREET
WHEREAS, Kenrick Properties, Incorporated, a Missouri
Corporation, by Kenneth R. Hoheimer, President, has executed a
Quit Claim Deed, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
part of Outlot Number 56, U. S . Private Survey No. 2199, Township 30
North, Range 13 and 14 East, in the City and County of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, as more fully described hereinafter in this
Ordinance, and the City desires to accept such deed and have the
same recorded.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION l. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a Quit Claim Deed executed by Kenrick Properties , Incorporated,
a Missouri Corporation, by Kenneth R. Hoheimer, President, dated
the 24th day of August, 1971 , conveying to the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, the following described real estate located
in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri:
Part of Outlot Number 56, U.S. Private Survey
No. 2199 , Township 30 North, Range 13 and 14 East,
City and County of Cape Girardeau, 5tate of Missouri ,
described as follows:
A parcel of ground 50 feet wide, lying 25 feet
either side of the following described center line:
Start at a stone on the South line of said Outlot
Number 56 at the Southwest corner of Block 10,
Koch' s Addition and on the east line of a parcel of land
as same is described in a deed recorded in Book 263 at
Page 325 of the land records of Cape Girardeau County,
Missouri; thence North 7° East, along the East line
of said tract, 1, 277 .1 feet to the South line of
Bloomfield Road; thence along the South line of
Bloomfield Road, 5outh 79° 04 ' West, 126. 7 feet;
thence South 75° 37 ' West, 226 . 4 feet to the point of
curve of an 8° 45 ' curve to the left, thence along said
8° 45' curve, 127. 60 feet to point of tangent of said
curve, thence South 64° 27 ' West, 48 . 3$ feet to the
point of beginning, thence leaving the South line of
Bloomfield Road, South 11° 54 ' East, 6.07 feet to the
point of curve of a 20° 58 ' curve to the right; thence
along said 20° 58' curve to the right, 237 .08 feet to
the point of reverse curve; thence along a 21° 32 ' curve
to the left, 143 .19 feet to the point of tangent of said
curve; thence 5outh 7° 0 ' West, 401.07 feet and there
terminating. To be used for street purposes for an
extension of Spring Avenue south of Bloomfield Road.

SECTION 2. The Quit Claim Deed hereby conveyed as
described in Section 1 hereof is for the purpose of enabling the
City, its agents, servants and assigns to improve and construct
streets on Spring Street, in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
SECTION 3 . It is ordered by the Council of the City of
Cape Girardeau that said deed be recorded by the City Clerk in
the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cape Girardeau County,
Missouri .
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval.
