OF CAPE GIRA�RI}E.AU� MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CTTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOtJRI� AS
FOLLQWSs
SECTI4N 1. Tha,t the grad� as hereinafter deser3.bed sha.11. be the grade of
the center of Merriwather Street� from the E8.3t Z�riE of Louia Street� extended�
to the center o£ S�znset Boulevard� and is with reference to Mean aea I�evel� and
is given in feet.
SECTIQN 2. Beg3n at the East line of Iuuis Street� eXte�aea, which point
for the pv�rpose of this description sha.11 be known as Station 0-30, wi.th an
elevation of 400.52; thence West with a desQending �'ade to elevation 39g.50 at
Station U-F00; thence w:ith a descending grade to elevation 396.52 at S`tation 0+30;
thence with a descending grade to elevation 376.25 at Station 3-�g; thence with
a descending grade to elevation 375.93 at Station 1�+a0� at the center of Sunset
Botalevard and there termina.ting. '
SECTION 3. Th�,t this CLc'dinance sha11 take effect and be in full force from
and after ten (10) days following its passage and approval.
