Sewer District No. 7�,, in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, shall lae as

Missouri.
SEGTI0�1 2. That the plans for the construction of a systeM of sanitary
lateral sewers to serve Setaer District r1o. ].l.-I, a copy of which are on file in
the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved and ordered file.
5ECTIOiV 3. That the awners of said "Tsorthwood Hills Subdivision" are hereby
granted permission to construct said systen of sanitary latera]. sewers is SeGrer
�istrict I�do. lJ+-I, an� to con.nect same to existing setirers in Sewer Distriet I3o.
]1;., subject to the following provisions:
1. That �roper authority has been secured to proceed from the l�ssouri Water
Pollution �oard.
2. That all permanent easer�ents for said sewers on private property are ma,de
to the City o#' Cape Girardeau, I��.ssouri, prior to execution of a contract for
the work of construction of said sewers.
3. That all City Qrdinances, Standard Specifications of the City, and State
Iaws applicable to this project wi.11 'oe observed in all respects�
/�. That the quality of the work an.d materials be inspected by agents of the
Departr�ent of Public Works of the said City, and the cost of said inspection be
paid to said City following the completion of the work and its acceptance by said
City and the Missouri bdater Pollution Baard.

and after 10 days follow:ing its passa�e and approval.
