AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING QUIT CLAIM DEEDS AND
PERMANENT UTILITY EASEMENTS FOR IMPROVEMENTS
AT THE INTERSECTION OF STONE CREST AND
BROWNSTONE DRIVE FOR LILMAC EAST THIRD
SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1 . The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts, and agrees to accept, two Quit Claim Deeds for new
Right of Way at the intersection of Stone Crest and Brownstone
Drive, as part of the Lilmac East Third Subdivision, from the
property owners outlined below, described as follows :
Brent V. Pfeiffer and Susan L. Pfeiffer, husband and wife,
Lot 5 Rock Gardens Subdivision
THAT PART OF LOT 5 OF ROCK GARDENS SUBDIVISION, A
SUBDIVISION ON FILE IN THE LAND RECORDS OF CAPE GIRARDEAU
COUNTY, MISSOURI IN DOCUMENT NUMBER 2017-02114, IN THE CITY
AND COUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, STATE OF MISSOURI, BEING MORE
PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
Begin at the Southwest corner of said Lot 5; thence; with
the West line of said Lot 5, North 51°49' 32" East, 16. 26
feet; thence leaving said West line of said Lot 5, along
the arc of a non-tangent curve, being concave to the
Northeast, having a radius of 22 . 00 feet and a length of
