AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE PLAT OF KENRICK SECOND SUBDIVISION,
BEING A SUBDIVISION OF PART OF OUTLOT NO, 55� U. S. PRIVATE
SURVEY NO. 2199, CITY AND GOUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU� STATE OF
MISSOURI

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITX �F CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS �OLLOWS:
SECT�ON 1. TF�.at the plat of Kenrick Second Subdivision,
being a Subdivision of Part of Outlot No. 55, U. S. Private Survey
No. 2199, City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri,
as shown on the original plat of said Kenxick Second Subdivision,
dated February 10, 1971, which plat was filed with the City Clerk
and the City Engineer and examined and approved by them, is
hereby accepted and approved upon the condition that the plat be
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds as required by
law and that all taxes against the same are paid as required by
Section 445.030 R5Mo 1969 .
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk i,s hereby authorized and
directed to endorse upon said original plat dated as aforesaid
and executed by Leonard W. Lowes and Helen J. Lowes, A. D. Price
and Betty Price, owners, on the 10th day of February, 1971, the
approval of the City Council, attested by the seal of the City o�
Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten (10) days after a.ts passage and approval.
