THE NORTH�iEST QUARTER OF SECTZON 27, TOTnI1�TSHTP 30 NORTH, RANGE 13
EAST, COUNTX OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, 5TATE OF MISSOURZ, TO DEVELOP A
PROSECT �'OR AN INDUSTRIAL �'ACILTTY.
G�JHEREAS, H.W.I. Building Corporation, an Indiana Corporation
by Don A. (�olf, Executive Vice-Presiden:t, has executed a General
Warranty Deed, conveying to the City o� Cape G irardeau, Missouri, �
a part o� the 5outl-�. Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 27,
Township 30 North, Range 13 East, County of Cape Gzrardeau, State
of Missouri, as more fully described hereinafter in this Ordinance,
and the City desires to accept such deed and have the same recorded.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MI5SOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION l. The City of Cape Gi.rardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a Genex`al Warranty Deed executed bX H.W. T. Build%ng
Corporation, an Indiana Corporation by Don A. Wo1f, Executive
Vice-President, dated the 9th day of February, 1971, conveying to the
CitX of Cape Gi:rardeau, Missouri, the following described real
estate located in the Caunty of Cape Girardeau, M�ssouri:
Part of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter
of Section 27, Township 30 North, Range 13 East,
County� of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, described
as follows:
Start at the Southwest corner of the Northwest
Quarter of said Section 27; thence North 0° 36 ' West,
along tTie West line of said Section 27, 30. 0 feet to
the North li,ne of the Nash Road; �hence South 89° 15�
East, along sai.d North 1i.ne, 100. 0 feet to the point
of begi,nning; thence North 0° 36' West, parallel to the
West l�.ne of said Secta.on 27, 656. 4 feet to the South
line of a 25.Q foot Railroad easement; thence South
89° 23 ` East, along �the sa%d South li:ne, 1240. Q feet;
thence South 0° 36` East, 659. 3 feet, to the North
line of the Nash Road; thenee North 89° 15` West,
along said North 1ine, 1240. 0 feet to tTze point of
beg�nning, and containing 18. 726 acres.

SECTIpN 2, The General Warranty T�eed hereby conveyed as
descxibed in Section 1 hereof is for the purpose of enabling the
Ca�tX, i,ts agents, servants and assigns to develop a project for an
i,ndustxial �acilit�r to be leased or otherwise disposed of to H.W. I.
Builda.ng Coxporation, an Indiana Corporation, for manufactux�ng
and industrial development purposes.
SECTION 3 . It is ordered by the Council of the City
of Cape Girardeau that said deed be recorded by the City Clerk
in the o�fice o� the Recorder of Deeds of Cape Girardeau County,
Missouri.
SECTION 4. Thi.s ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten (10) days after its passage and approval.
