NOW, THEREFO.RE, gE IT pR�AINED BY THE COUNCIL OF
CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOW5: THE
SEGTION 1. That portion of Section 27-11 (0) of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, readin
follows: g as
" (o) Travel trailer means a vehi:cular, portabl.

structure, b�iilt on a chassis or designed to be carried
by any type of vehicle (whether located on or off such
vehicle) , and designed to be or actually used as a
temporary dwelling for travel, recreational, or vacation
purposes . "

travel, recreational, or vacation purposes. "
' SECTION 2. If any section, subs:ection, seritence, clause, '
phrase or portion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid
or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such �

portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent �
provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the �
!
Y2maining portions hereof. �
SECTION 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval.
