AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AN EA5EMENT FOR SEWER5 IN SEWER
DIS'I'RICT N0. 7-C FROM L. H. LANDGRAF REAL E5TATE AND
DEVELOPMENT CO. , INC. , IN THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, STATE OF MI5SOURI
WHER.EAS, L. H. Landgraf Real Estate and Development
Co. , Inc. has executed an easement for sewers in Sewer
District No. 7-C conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, land all in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
and all as more fully described hereinafter in the ordinance,
and the City desires to accept such easements and have the
same recorded;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, A.S FOLLOWS:
SECTION l. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
hereby accepts an easement for sewers, e�ecuted by L. H.
Landgraf Real Estate and Development Co. , Inc. , conveying
to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, an easemerit for
sewers in 5ewer District No. 7-C on the following described
real estate located in the City and County of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri:
The East 120 feet of the North 5 feet of
Lot 10, Atkinson's Subdivision.
and it is ordered that said easement be recorded in the
Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cape Girardeau County,
Missouri.
SECTION 2 . The easement hereby conveyed as
described in 5ection 1 hereof is for the purpose of
eriabling the City, its agents , servants and assigns to
install, lay, erect, construct, maintain, operate and
repair a certain sewer pipe or sewer main which is to be

placed in, on, upon, or across said described property,
together with all the useful, necessary and proper adjuncts,
appurtenances, manholes, and appliances in connection
therewith.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect ten days after its passage and approval.
