.AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF SPECIAL TAX BILLS FOR THE DEN?OLITION
OF DANGF�ZOUS BUILDINGS UNDII� THF PROVISION OF CHAPTER 9-A OF THE CODE OF
OR�INANCES OF THE CITY OF CAFE GIRARDEA_U, MISSOURI.
WH�i.E.A5, the Building Superv�.sor of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri issued an Order Causing Certain Dangerous Buildings to be
Demolished; and
WHEREAS� the City of Cape Girardeau did cause said buildings
to be demolished in accordance with tre Order thereby incurring certain
expenses; and
kJFir�tr=AS, the Building Supervisor authorized the issuance of
certain tax bills;
NOW, THER�,FORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COL�?CIL OF THE CITY
OF CAPE GIRARDE,A.U, MISSOURI� AS F�LI,OWS:
SECTION l. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and ordered
to place on file Special Tax Bills issued in accordance with the Order
of t he Building Supervisor which shall be a lien against the following
described property in accordance with 1aw until paid or collected by
the City of Cape Giraxdeau:

SECTI�N 2. Said Tax Bills sha11 bear an interest rate of
eight per cent (8%) per year annum.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval.
