AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF PERMANENT EASEMENTS IN
WOODLAND HILLS ESTATE5 FROM THE LEONARD LOWES CON5TRUCTION
AND DEVELOPMENT COMPANY
WHEREAS, the City of Cape Girardeau has accepted a plat
of Woodland Hills Estates by City Manager Form Ordinance No. 666;
and
WHEREA5, said plat did not include a dedication of permanent
easements for utilities , sewers and drainage from the Leonard
Lowes Construction and Development Company; and
WHEREAS, the Leonard Lowes Construction and Development
Company ownes land in Woodland Hills Estates;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, A5 FOLLOWS:
SECTION l. The City hereby accepts a dedication of land
for permanent easements for utilities , sewers and drainage from
the Leonard Lowes Construction and D�velopmerit Company, all as
shown on a plat of Woodland Hills Estates, dated May 3, 1972 ,
being a subdivision of part of the Southwest Quarter of 5ection 24,
A part of U.S.P. Survey No. 2198, Township 31 North, Range l3
East, City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, said
dedication shown by an instrument, a copy of which is attached hereto
as Exhibit A, which has been filed in the Cape Girardeau County
land records with the plat of Woodland Hil1s Estates.
SECTION 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval.

ESTATES" and do hereby establish permanent easements for utilities ,
sewers and drainage as shown on this plat.
All lots in this subdivision shall be used for residential
purposes only, with a minimum of 1200 sq,uare feet per unit .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said LEONARD LOWES CONSTRUCTION AND
DEVELOPMENT COMPANY has caused these presents to be signed by its
President and attested by its Secretary and corporate seal affixed

that the seal affixed to the foregoing instrument is the corporate
seal of said corporation and was executed by authority of its Board
of Directors .
