AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE PLA,T OF WOODLAND HILLS ESTATES, BEING
A SUBDIVISION OF PART OF THE SOUTHWE5T QUARTER OF SECTION 24,
A PART OF U. S. P. SURVEY NO. 2198, TOWNSHIP 31 NORTH
EAST, CITY AND COUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, STATE OF MISSOURIE 13
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION l. That the plat of Woodland Hills Estates ,
being a subdivision of part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 24,
a part of U.S .P. Survey No. 2198, Township 31 North, Range 13
East, City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, as
shown on the original plat of said Woodland Hi11s Estates , dated
May 3, 1972, which plat was filed with the City Clerk and the
City Engineer and e.xamined and approved by them, is hereby
accepted and approved upon the condition that the plat be
recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds as required by
law and that all taxes against the same are paid as required by
Section 445. 030, RSMo 1969.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and

directed to endorse upon said original plat dated as aforesaid �
and executed by Leonard W. Lowes and Helen J. Lowes, husband and
wife, on the 3rd day of May, 1972, the approval of the City Council, N
attested by the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
SECTION 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and

effect ten days after its passage and approval. �
