the center of Perryville Road from the e3ge of the existing concrete pavement
at t�e north side of Cape Rock Drive, north, a distance of 5,579.4 feet� and is
with reference to Mean Sea Level.

north side of Cape Rock Drive, which point is 3g feet north of the center of
Cape Rock 1�3rive, and for t�e nurpose of this description shall be known as
Station 0 + 38, with an elevation of 397.7.�J; thence north, with an ascending
grade of 1.00 percent to an elevation of 39'7.72 at Station 1 + 00; thence with
a vertical curve to an elevation of 400.!,2 at Station 2 + 0�; thence with an
ascending grade of /�.4 percent to an elevation of l�02.b2 at Station � + 50;
thence with a vertical curve to an elevation of �.�6.60 at Station 3 + 5�; thence
