AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
LASALLE - CHURCH SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of LaSalle - Church Subdivision,
being that part of United States Private Survey No. 790,
Township 31 North, Range 13 East of the Fifth Principal
Meridian, in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of
Missouri, submitted by The LaSalle Land Trust Dated October 18,
2017, bearing the certification of Christopher L. Koehler, a
Registered Land Surveyor, dated the 10th day of September, 2022,
is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
