AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING EASEMEVTS FOR SEWER5 IN SEWER DI TRICT N0.
12-MM AND 14-G FROM CHARLES N. HARRIS AND LA:ROY R. ROPE ; ALPHONSE
M. 5CHONHOFF, RAYMOND C. SCHONHOFF, LEO B. 5CHONHOFF A_ WALTER F.
SCHONHOFF IN THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CAPE GIRA.RDEAU, STATE OF MISSOURI
WHEREA5, Laroy R. Roper and Charles N. Harris ; Alphonse
M. Schonhoff, Raymond C. Schonhoff, Leo B. Schonhoff and Walter F .
Schonhoff have executed easements for sewers in 5ewer District
No. 12-MM and 14-G, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, land all in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and
all as more fully described hereinafter in the ordinance, and the
City desires to accept such easements and have the same recorded;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MI550URI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION l. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missauri, he:reby
accepts easements for sewers , executed by Charles N. Harris and
Laroy R. Roper; Alphonse M. 5chonhoff, Raymond C. Schonhoff,
Leo B. Schonhoff, and Walter F. Schonhoff, conveying to the City
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, easements for sewers in Sewer District
No. 12-MM and 14-G on the following describe� real estate located
in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, .Missouri:
Part of Lot 18, Crites Fourth Addition, being a
strip of land 10 feet wide, the center line of which
is described as follows:
Begin at a point on the north line of Lot 18, 10
feet west of the northeast corner of said lot; thence in
a southwest direction to the southeast corner of said
lot and there terminating.
Part of Outlot 82, U.S . Private 5urvey No. 2199 ,
described as follows:
A strip of land 10 feet wide, the center line of
which is described as follows:
Begin at the northeast corner of Lot 17, Crites
First Addition; therice north with the east line of
Lot 17, extended, 245 feet; thence in a northeast
direction, 130 feet to a point, said point being
390 teet south of the center of Themis Street and on
the center of Hazel Street extended south; thence north
with the center of Hazel Street,f extended, 260 feet,
to the south end of Hazel Street, and there terminating;
also, begin at a point on the center of Luce Street on
the west line of Blocks l and 2, Crites Third Addition;
thence North 51° West, with the center line of Luce Street,
25 feet; thence North 21° East, 234 feet; thence in a
northeast direction, 400 feet, more or less , to a point
on the south line of Hawthorne Road, which point is
5 feet east of the west line of Charles 5treet, extended
south, and there terminating.

Part of Outlots No. 82, 87 and Rodney 400 Arpen
Tract in U.S. Private Survey No. 2199 , Township 30
North, Range 13 East, in the City and County of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, described as follows:
A strip of land 20 feet wide, the center line of
said strip being described as follows:
Begin at the southwest corner of Lot 7, Crites
Fourth Addition; thence North 87° 40 ' West, with the
south line of said Lot 7, extended, 205 feet, to a
point hereinafter referred to as Point "A" ; thence
North l° 28' East, parallel to the east line of said
Lot 7, 210 feet and there terminating; also, begin at
Point "A" aforesaid; thence South 1° 28' West, 330
feet; thence South 7° 50 ' West, 150 .0 feet; thence
South 16° 27` East, 310 feet, and there termi.nating.
and it is ordered that said easements be recorded in the Office
of the Recorder of Deeds of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri.
SECTION 2. The easements hereby conveyed as described in
Section 1 hereof are for the purpose of eriabling the City, its agents,
servants and assigns , to install, lay, erect, Construct, maintain,
operate and repair a certain sewer pipe or sewer main which is to be
placed in, on, upon, or across said desCribed property, together with
all the useful, necessary and proper adjuncts, appurtenances,
manholes, and appliances in connection therewith.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be: in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval.
