OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRA.RDEAU, MISSOURI, RELATING TO THE PLACEMENT

ROAD AND SECOND STREET, FACING EAST; BEND ROAD AND THIRD 5TREET,

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MI550URI, A5 FOLLOWS:
5ECTION 1. Stop signs are hereby authorized at the
following intersections by amending Schedule C of Section 26-212
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
to include the following:
(l) Mason and Spanish, Facing South.
(2} Mason and Spanish, Facing North.
(3) Chestnut and Mason, Facing West.
(4) Chestnut and Olive, Facing West.
(5) Chestnut and North End Boulevard, Facing West.
(6) Bend Road and Second Street, Facing East.
(7) Bend Road and Third Street, Facing East.
(8) Bend Road and Fourth Street, Facing East.
(9) Berid Road and Fifth Street, Facing East.
(10) Bend Road and Johnson Street, Facing East.
(11) Bend Road and Roberts Street, Facing East.
(12) Bend Road and Sylvan Lane, Facing West.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval. �
