SECTI0�1 1. That the boundaries of Sewer �istrict No. 12-P�I �i I,1,.-G� a subdi-
viszon of Sewer Districts No. 12 and 14, in �he City of Cape Girardeau� N�ssouri,
shall be as follows:
Begin at the interseetion of the south line of Hawthorne Drive and the west
line of East Rodney Drive; thence south along the west line of East Rodney Drive
to the riorth line of Gordonville Road; thence in a southwesterly direetion along
the north line of Gordonville Road and along the north, west and south houndary
of 5ewer District No. 12-D-1-A, to the southwest corner of Lot 12, Crites Fourth
Addi.tion; thence with a 11° 09' degree curve to the right a distance of 111.47
fest; thence South 75° 29' West, 3l�3.5 feet; thence North 15° 54� ��Test, 632.5
feet; thence North 1° 28� East, 71�J.9 feet to the south line of Indepenclence
Street; thence east along the south line of Independence Street to its inter-
section with the west line of Lot 11, Crites First Addition, e�ctended south;
thence north along the west line of said Lot 11, extended, and the west line of
said Lot 11, to the northwest corner of said Lot 11; thence east along the north
line of Crites First Addition to the northeast corner of Lot l�, Crites First
Addition; thence north to the southwest corner of Lot l, Block 6, Crites Third
Addition; thence north along the west line of said Lot 1, to the northwest
corner of said Lot l; thenee west to the northeast corner of Lot 10, Block �,
Crites 'I'hird Addition; thence north to the southeast corner of Block 3� Crites
Third Additian; thence west along the south line of said Block 3� 100 feet; thence
north para11e1 to the east line of said Block 3, to a point which is 100 feet
south of the north line of said B1ock 3, measured perpendicular thereto; thence
west parallel to the north ].ine of said Block 3, to the west line of said Block
3; thence west to the southeast corner of Lot �.� Block 2, Crites Third Addition;
thenee west along the south line of Lots 4, 3, 2 and 1, Block 2, to the southwest
corner of Lot 1, Block 2, Crites Third Addition; thenee north along the west
line of Bloeks 2 and l, Crites Third Addition, to the northwest corner of said
Block l; thence in a northwest direction to the southwest corner of Lot 13,
Crites Second Addition; thence west parallel to the south line of i�awthorne
Drive� a distance of 272 feet; thence north, 125 feet to a point on the south
line of Hawthorne Drive, said point being 272 feet west of the northwest corner
of Lot 13� Crites Second Addition, measured along the south line of Hawthorne
Drive; thence east along the south line of Hawthorne Drive to the point of
beginning.
SECTION 2. That the plans for the construction of a system of sanitary
sewers to serve Sewer District No. 12-I� & 1.4.-G, a copy of which are on file in
the office of the Gity Clerk, are hereby approved and oraered filed.
sEc��arr 3. That the owners of said property within 3e��er District No. 12-MM
& 1/.-G are hereby granted permission to construct said system of sanitary sewers
in 5ewer District No. 12-:�I & ]..4.-G, an� to connect same to existing sewers in
Sewer District No. 12-AA, subject to the follow3ng provisions:
l. That p'roper authority has been secured to proceed from the Missouri
Wa.ter Pollution Board.
2. That all permanent easements for said sewers on private property are
made to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, prior to execution of a contract
for the work of construction of said sewers.

3. That all City Ordinances, Standard Specifications.of the City� and State
laws applicable to this pro�ect will be observed in a11 respects.
4. That the quality of the work and materials be inspected by agents of the
Depart�ent of Public Works of the said City, and the cost of said inspection be
paid to said City following the completion of the work and its aeceptanee b� said
City and the 1�3ssouri Water Pollution 3oard.
SECTION !�. That this 4rdinance shall take effect and �ae in full foree from
and after 10 days foZlowing its pa.ssage and approval.
