AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE PLAT OF EDGEWOOD HIGHLAND5 EIGHTH
SUBDIVISION, BEING A SUBDIVISION OF PART OF LOT 2 OF THE
RODNEY 400 ARPEN TRACT IN U. 5. P. 5URVEY NO. 2199, CITY AND
COUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, STATE OF MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MIS50URI, AS FOLLOW5:
5ECTION l. That the plat of Edgewood HighTands Eighth
Subdivision, being a subdivision of part of Lot 2 of the Rodney
400 Arpen Tract in U.S.P . Survey No. 2199 , City and County of
Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri , as shown on the original
plat of said Edgewood Highlands Eighth Subdivision, dated
February 29, 1972, which plat was filed with the City Clerk and
the City Engineer and examined and approved by them, is hereby
accepted and approved upon the condition that the plat be
recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds as required by
law and that all taxes against the same are paid as required by
5ection 445. 030, R5Mo 1969 .
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to endorse upon said original plat dated as aforesaid
and executed by Lillian Kuss, a single person and Frances T. Kuss ,
a single person, owners , on the 29th day of February, 1972, the
approval of the City Council, attested by the seal of the City
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
SECTION 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
