MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CdIJNCIL OF TIa�E CITY OF CAPE G7R.ARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the boundariea of Sewer J�istriet No. 12-:�2, a subdivision
of Sewer District No. 12, in the City of Cape Girardeau, Miasouri, shal.l be as
foll.ows:
Part of Lot 3, Outlot No. ?8A, U.S. Pr3.vate Survey A3o. 2199, City and County
of Cape G3rardeau, State of M3ssouri, described as follaws: Begin at the inter-
section of' the east line of sai3 Outlot No. 7SA, and the north lin.e of Highway
No. 61; thence North 7° 04' East, along said east line, 765.8 feet to the north-
east corner of said Outlot No. 78A; thence South g5° Fast, along the r�orth line
of 5urvey No. 2199, 65.� feet to the sou.th ].ine of Kingsway Dr3.ve; thsnce in a
northwest direotion along the south line of Kingsway Drive, 379.0 feet; thence
South, 2�J3.0 Feet; thence North 73° 0 t T�lest to a poi.nt which is 30�J.(3 fest west
of the east line of said Outlot No. 78A, maasured normal thereto; thence South
7° 04� West, parallel to and 3�0.0 feet xest of the east line of said Outlot
No. 78A to a point whioh bears North 7° 04� East, 7.25.� feet f`rom the north line
of Highway No. 61; thence North 61° 31� West� parallel to said north line� 1.25.0
feet; thence South 7° 01�� West, 125,� feet to the north line of said Highway
No. 61; thenoe in s southeasterly direction along the north line of said
H3.ghway No. 61 to the po3nt of beg3.nnin�.
SEC2ION 2. That the plans for the construction of a sy�tem of sanitary
lateral sewers to serve Sewer District No. 1?-I3-2, a copy of which are on file in
the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved and ordered filed.
5ECTION 3. That the owners of said property within Sewer District No. 12-H-2
are hereby granted per�Ission ta construct said system of' sanitary lateral
sewers in Sewer D3str3ct No. 12-H-2, and to oonneat same ot existing sewers in
Sewer D3.strict No. 12-H, sub3ect to the folZowing provisions:
l. That proper authority has been secured to proceed from the Missouri
Water Follution Board.
2. That all permanent easements for said sewers on private property are m�de
�o the City of Cape Girardeau, Missovri� prior to execution of a contract for
the work of construction of said sewers.
3. That all Gity 4rdinanees, Standard Specificat3ons oP ��e Cit�r� �nd State
laws applicable to this project will be observed in all respects.
1�. That the quality of the work and m�terials be inspected by agents of tne
Departi�ent of Publie Works of the said City, and the cost oF said inspection be
paid to said City fo1'l.o�r3.Mg the completion of the work and its acceptance by said
City and the Missouri Water Pollution Board.
SECTION 4. That this Qrdinance shall take effecW and be in full force from
and after 10 da�rs following its passage and approval.
