THE CONSTRUCTION OF SANTTARY LATERAL SEWIIi,S IN SE��TER DISTRICT N0. 8-F-1 UND� A
PR.IVATE CONTRACT SUBJECT TD CII�TAIN PROVISI�NS, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEA.U,

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCII, flF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MI550URI, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTI01� 1. That the boundaries of Sewer District No. B-F-1, a �ubd.ivision
of Sewer District No. 8, in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, shall be as
f ollows:
All of "Northwoods Court�" in the City of Cape Girardeau� Mi�souri.
SECTION 2. That the plans for the construction of a system of sanitary
lateral sewers to serne Sewer District No. B-F-1, a copy of Khiah are on file in
the office of the City Clerk, are hereby appra�ed and ordered filed.
SE�TION 3. That the owners o�' said "Ptorthwoods Court" are hereby granted
per�ission to construct �aid system of sanitary lateral seiaers in Sewer Distriet
Ido. 8-F-1� and to connect same to existing �ewers in Sewer District No. 8-F and
10-A, subject to the following pro�isions:
1. That proper authority has been secured to proceed from the Mi�souri Water
Po].lution Board.
2. That all permanent easements for said sewers on private property are made
to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, prior to execution of a contract for
the work of construction o� said sewers.
3. That all City Qrdinances� Standard Speoifications of the C3ty, and State
2aws applicable to this project will be observed in a1.1 respects.
4. That the quality of the work and inaterials be inspected by agents of the
Depaxtment of Public Works of said City� and the cost of safid inapection be paid
to said City following the completion of the work and 3ts acaeptance by said
City arid the Aqissouri Water Pollution Board.
SECTION 4. That this Ordinance shaL1. take effeet and be in full force from
and after 10 days following its pa,ssage and approval.
