AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE PLAT OF NORTHWOOD5 COURT, BEING A
SUBDIVISION OF PART OF U.S.P. SURVEY N0. 3091, TOWNSHIP 3I
NORTH, RANGE 14 EAST, CITY AND COUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
STATE OF MIS50URI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MIS50URI, AS FOLLOWS:
5ECTION l. That the plat of Northwoods Court, being
a subdivision of part of U. S . Private Survey No. 3091, Township
31 North, Range 14 East, City and County of Cape Girardeau,
State of Missou�ti , as shown on the original plat of said
Northwoods Court, dated January 19 , 1972, which plat was filed
with the City Clerk and the City Engineer and examined and
approved by them, is hereby accepted and approved upon the
condition that the plat be recorded in the office of the
Recorder of Deeds as required by law and that a11 taxes against
the same are paid as required bv Section 445.030, RSMo 1969 .
SECTION 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to endorse upon said or_iginal plat dated as aforesaid
and executed by Riverside Land and Investmerit Company, a Missouri
Corporation by Clifford F. Rudesill, President and Gregory T.
Wulfers, Assistant Secretary; and Adrian Giesler, an individual,
owners, on the 19th day of January, 1972, the approval of the
City Council, attested by the seal of the City af Cape Girardeau,
Missouri .
SECTION 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval.
