AN ORDZNANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF CAPE GIR.ARDEAU TO
SELL A GALION ROAD GRADER TO MI5SOURI-ILLINOIS TRACTOR
AND EQUIPMENT COMPANY, ING. , UNDER THE TERMS AND CON-
DITIONS OF THE CONTRACT EXECUTED MAY 23, 1967, BETWEEN
MISSOURI-ILLINOIS TRA.CTOR AND EQUIPMENT COMPANY, INC.
AND THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MIS50URI

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLO[n1S:
SECTION 1. The City Manager of the City of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby authorized to give
Votice to Missouri-Illinois Tractor and Equipment Company,
Inc. that the City of Cape Girardeau will sell a Galion
road grader to Missouri-Illinois Tractor and Equipment
Company, Inc. , under the terms and con.ditions of the
Agreement entered into between the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri and Missouri-Illinois Tractor and Equipment
Company, Inc. , on May 23, 1967.
SECTION 2 . The City Council finds and declares
that an emergency exists because of the need to give
notification within the four month period and therefore,
this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its
passage and approval.
