CITY MANAGER FORM ORDINANCE NO. � 3 �
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE PLAT OF AUBURN PARK, BEING A SUBDIVISION
OF PART OF OUTLOT NO. 83, U. S.P. SURVEY N0. 2199, TOWNSHIP 31 NORTH,
RANGE 13 EA5T, CITY AND COUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, STATE OF MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION l. That the plat of Auburn Park, being a subdivision
of part of Outlot 83, U. 5 . Private Survey No. 2199 , Township 31
North, Range 13 East, City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of
Missouri, as shown on the original plat of said Auburn Park, dated
December 14, 1971, which plat was filed with the City Clerk and
the City Engineer and exami.ned and approved by them, is hereby
accepted and approved upon the condition that the plat be recorded
in the office of the Recorder of Deeds as required by law and that
all taxes against the same are paid as required by Section 445. 030 ,
RSMo 19 69 .
SECTION 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to endorse upon said original plat dated as aforesaid .
and executed by Joseph L. Mirgeaux, Sr, and Dorothy Mirgeaux, his
wife; Frank M. Casey and Wilma Casey, his wife; Harolcl J. Werner
and Yvonne Werner, his wife, and James H. Schwab and Mary Schwab,
his wife, owners, on the 14th day of December, 1971, the approval
of the City Council, attested by the seal of the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri.
5ECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
