BE I2 ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY GF CAPE GIR�IRI�AU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOW'S: SECTION 1 . That the folloxing described grade shall be the grade for the center line oY Sturdivant S`treet and Linden Street, from South Fort Street to Ranney Avenue, in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, xith reference to Mean 5ea Level, the course of the center line of said street� being as follorrs: Begin at the aouth property line of South Fort Street and the center line of Sturdivant Street; thence south along the center line of Sturdivant Strest 396.5 feet; thence in a southweat direction along a curve to the right, said curve having a radius of ?3 feet, a distance of 114.7 feet to a point on the center of Linden Street; thence west along the center of Linden �treet to the w�est property line of Ranney Avenue. SCCTION 2. The grade of the center line of said streets ahall be as follar�s: Begin at the iritersection of the center of Sturdivant Street and the south line of South Fort Street xith an elevation of 4�0.90; thence south with an ascending grad� of 0.56 per cent, a distanee of 269.5 feet to an elevation of 402.41; thence with a descending grade of O.b�:�r cent, a distance of 215.5 feet to an elevation of 401 .00; thenee with a descending grade af 0.1� per cent a distance of 8 feet to an elevation of 1}00.97; thence with a vertical curve a digtance of 100 feet to an elevation oY 399•70; thence with a descending grade oP 2.14 per cent, a distance of 126 feet to an elevation of 397.00 at the east property line oY Ranney Avenue. S�ECTION 3. That all ordinandes or parts oP ordinances in conflict with the provisions oY this ordinance are hereby repealed. SECTION k.
