AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF ALBERT STREET, IA7 VOGEISANG'S SECOND
5UBDNISION, FROM THE SOUTH LINE OF COOD HOPE STREET TO THE NORTH LINE OF
BLOONIFIELD STREET� IN THE CITY OF C�PE GIA.ARDEAU, MISSOURI.

SECTION 1. Tha,t the grade as hereinafter described shall be the grade for
the center of Albert Street, in Vogelsang's Second Subdivision, from the South
line of Good Hope 5treet to the Idorth line of Bloomfield Street 3n the City of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri� and is with reference to mean Sea I�vel� given in feet.
SECTION 2. Begin at the South line of Good Hope Street at the end of the
existing concrete radius return from Good Hope Street� which point for the
purpose of this deacription shall be known as Station 0 + 00 with an elevation
of 366.38; thence South with an ascending grade of 4.62� to an elevation of
368.69, at Station 0 + 50; thence with a vertical curve to an elevation of
374.76, at Station 1 + 50; thence with a vertical curve to an elevation of
37g.79� at Station 2 + 50; thence with an ascending grade of 0.57� to a.n
elevation of 379.15� at Station 3 + 15� being the end of the concrete radius
retnrn from Bloomfield Street, and there terminating.
SECTION 3. That this �'dinance shall take effect and be inftill force from
and after ten (10) days following its passage and approval. ,
