AN ORDIN�tCE ESTABLISHING THE FINAL G:3ADE OF SPRIGG STREET FROM AMETHYST STREET
TO BERTLING 5TREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAI7, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The grade of Sprigg 5treet fronr Amethyst Street to Bertling Street
is hereby established as follows:
Begin at the Southeast corner of CZutlot 72,, which is the intersection of the center
line of Sprigg Street and the South line of: �tlot 72, which point for the purpose
of this description shall be lrnown as Statxon 0 + 00 with an elevation of 3?7.86;
thence ATorth with a descending grade of 2.�0� to an elevation of 376.70 at Station
0 + L�O; thence with an ascending grade of U.�O� to elevation of 377..75 at Station
2 + 50; thence with a vertical curve to an elevation of 379.20 at Station 3 + 50;
thence with a vertical curve to an elevatic►n of 37C�.31 at Station 5 + 00; thence on
a deseending �rade of b.25� '1'.o an elevation of 374.75 at Station 5 + 25; thence with
a vertical curve to an elevation of 369.86 at Station 7 + 25; thence with a.n ascendir►g
grade of 1.36� to an elevation of 374.64 at Station 10 + 75; thence with a vertical
curve to an elevation of 383.09 at Sta.tion 12 + 75; thence with an ascending grade
of 7.09� to an elevation oP 388.40 at Station 13 + 50; thence with a nertical curve
to an elevation of 38g.90 at Station 16 + C�O; thence with vertical curve to an
elevation of 382.40 at Station 13 + 00; thence with a vertical curve to an elevation
of 371.00 at Sta,tion 21 + 00; thence with a vertical curve to an elevation of 363.�3
at Station 24 + 00; thence with an ascending grade of 1.22� ta an elevation of
365.05 at Station 25 + 50; thence with a vertical curve to an elevation of 377.14 at
Station 28 + 50; thence with an ascending grade of 6.43� to elevation 380.36 at
Sta,tion 29 + 00; thence with a vertical curve to elevatian 382.25 at Station 32 + 00;
thence with a descending grade of 5,17� to an elevation of 377.08 at Station 33 + 00;
thence with a vertical curve to an elevation of 373.75 at Station 31� + 00; thF�c�
with a descending grade of 1.49� to an elevation of 372.9y at Station 34 + 51w:'S
being the South side of the concrete pavement on Bertling Street, a11- a1�4a�ion5
given in feet with reference to mean aea levely and is center line grade,
SECTIOAI 2. This Ordinance shall be in fu11 force and effect ten (10) days
