MZSSOURZ TO P1�Y CONDEMNATION AWARDS ON SPRIGG STREET IN ACCORDANCE
WITH THE REPORT OF THE COMMISSIONERS AS FILED WITH THE CLERK OF THE
CAPE GIRA,RDEAU COURT OF COMMON PLEAS, CAPE GIRARDEAU COUNTY, MISSOURI

BE TT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, A5 FOLLOWS:
SECTION l. Ci.ty off.icials of the Ca.ty of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, are hereby authorized to pay to the Clerk of the Cape
Girardeau Court of Common Pleas, Commissioners awards in a
condemnation case styled City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri vs.
Julia A. Cantrell and Charlotte G. Black; and Oscar C. Hirsch and
Geraldine Hirs�ch. Said Commissioners ainzards heretofore filed
with the Clerk of the Cape Girardeau Court of Common Pleas, a copy
of �nrhi;cIz is attached hereto and �ahich is incorporated by reference
as part o� this Ordinance.
SECTION 2. Sai.d payment is made in accordance with Civil
Rule 86. 06, subject to the �nrri.tten e.xceptions filed by the City
to the Report of thelCommissioners.
SECTION 3. �his ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon i.ts pass age and approval due to the immedi..ate need to start
construction of this road and th� necessity to pay this money into
Court �rithin thirty (30) days from the time that the Commissioners
Award is f i.led.
