RANGE 13 EAST, GfTY AND COUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, STATE OF MIS50URI
BE IT ORDAZNED BY THE COUNC TI, OF THE CZTX OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MZSSOURI, AS k'OLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the plat of Lakeview Estates Subdivision
No. 6, a subdi.vi.si.on of a part of U.S.P. Survey No. 2198, Townshi:p
3I North, Range 13 East, Ci.ty and County of Cape Girardeau, State
of Missouri, as �ho�can. on the original plat of said Lakeviev�r Estates
Subdi,vision No. 6 dated May 19 , 197�, which plat v�ras filed with tlie
City Clerk and the City Engineer and examined and approved by th.em.,
is hereby accepted and approved upon th.e condi.tion that the plat be
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds as required by law
and that all taxes against the same are paid as required by
Section 445.Q30 RSMo 1959 .
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to endorse upon said original plat dated a� aforesaid
�' and executed b� �'remont Estates, Inc, by J. H. Freeze, Presiderit
and PatriCia J. Freeze, Secretary on the 19th day of May, 1970, the
approval of the City Council, attested by the seal of the City of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten (10) days after its passage and approval.
