5th PRINCIPAL MERTDIAN, CTTY AND COUNTY: OF CAPE GTRARDEAU, STATE
OF MISSOURT.

BE ZT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CZTY Ok' CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MIS50URI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the plat of CRITES SECOND ADDITION, a
subdivi.sion of a part of Outlot 79 and part of 0utlot 82, U.S.
Private 5urvey No. 2199, Township 30 North, Range 13 East, 5th
Principal Meridian, City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of
Mi.ssouri, as shown on the original plat of said subdivision dated
the 27th'day of March,1970, which plat iaas filed �iaith the City Clerk
and t��e City Engineer and examined and approved by them, ,is hereby
accepted and approved upon the condition that tlie plat be recorded
in the office of the Recorder of Deeds as required by law and that
all taxes against the same are paid as required b�r Section 445.03Q
RSMo 1959.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk is hereby autYiorized and
directed to endors.e upon said original plat dated as aforesaid and
executed by Loy E. Crites, Gladys Crites, Charles N. Harris,
Constance Harris, LaRoy R. Roper and Leone Roper, owners, on the �
27th day of March, 1970, the approval of the City Council, attested
by the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Miss�ouri.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten (1Q) days after its passage and approval.
