AN ORDINANCE APQROV�NG AND ADOPTING STANDARD SPECZk'ZCATZONS FOR
SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS, SEfcdER CONSTRUCT�ON AND STREET zMPROVEMENTS

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEA.U, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
5ECTION l. The Standard Specifications for Sewer
Construction, Sidewalk Improvements and Street Improvements for the
year 1970 are hereby approved and adopted as bei.ng applicable
to all projects for Sewer Construction, Sidewalk �mprovemerits
and Street Improvements v�zhich are 1et for construction after
the effecti.ve data of this Ordinance. Such Standard Specifications
shall control the work and shall be part of the Contract for the
work unles� modified by special provisions. Copies of such
Specifi.cation� are attached hereto and incorporated by reference
as part of thi.s Ordinance being "Exhibit A, B, ,and C" . Such
Exhibits are ordered to be filed with the City Clerk.
SECTZON 2. This ordinance shall be i.n full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval.
