AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A GENERAL WARRANTY DEED FROM C. R.
TALBERT, JR. AND BETTIE M. TALBERT FOR PART OF FRACTIONAL
SECTION 30, TOWN5HIP 31 NORTH, RANGE 14 EAST, CITY AND
COUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, STATE OF MIS50URI
WHEREA5, C. R. . Talbert, Jr. and Bettie M. Talbert, have
executed a General Warranty Deed, conveying to the City of
Cape Girardeau part of Fractional Section 30, Township 31
North, Range l4 East, in the City and County of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, as more fully described hereinafter in this Ordinance,
and the City desires to accept such deed and have the same
recorded:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAPE GIRA.RDEAU, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION l. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a General Warranty Deed exeCuted by C. R. Talbert, Jr.
and Bettie M. Talbert, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, the following described real estate located in the
City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri:
Part of Fractional Section 30 , Township 31 North,
Range 14 East, in the City and County of Cape Girardeau,
5tate of Missouri, described as follows:
5tart at the intersection of the center line of
Cape Rock Drive with the center line of Perryville
Road; thence with the center of said Perryville Road
North 30° 54 ' West, 13T. 3 feet; thence with the
center of said Road North l2° 39 ' West, 487 .5 feet;
thence with the center of said Road North 28° 06 '
West, 151.25 feet; thenCe North 27° 57' West, 96 .4
feet for a point of beginning; thence continue
North 27° 57 ' West along the center line of Perryville
Road a distance of 304 .0 feet; thence North 62° 03 '
East, 175.0 feet; thence South 27° 57 ' East, 304.0
feet; thence South 62° 03 ' West, 175 .0 feet to the
point of beginning, excepting therefrom the right-of-way
of Perryville Road, being 25 feet wide east of the
center line, containing 1.046 acres.
SECTION 2 . It is ordered by the Council of the City of
Cape Girardeau that said deed be recorded by the City Clerk in
the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cape Girardeau County,
Missouri .
SECTION 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval.
