AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A QUIT CLAIM DEED FROM JAMES F . HIRSCH AND
BEVERLY HIRSCH, FOR PART OF FRACTIONAL 5ECTION 30 , TOWNSHIP 31
NORTH, RANGE 14 EA5T, CITY AND COUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, STATE OF
MISSOURI , FOR 5TREET RIGHT-OF-WAY TO IMPROVE AND MAINTAIN PERRYVILLE
ROAD FROM CAPE ROCK DRIVE, NORTH TO 80 FEET NORTH OF THE NORTH LINE
OF WOODLAND HILLS 5UBDIVI5ION
WHEREA5, James F. Hirsch and Beverly Hirsch, have executed
a Quit Claim Deed, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri ,
part of Fractional 5ection 30, Township 31 North, Range 14 East,
in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, as more fully
described hereinafter in this Ordinance, and the City desires to
accept such deed and have the same recorded;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MI550URI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a Quit Claim Deed executed by James F. Hirsch and Beverly
Hirsch, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, the
following described real estate located in the City and County of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri:
All of that part of Frl. Section 30 , T. 31 N. , R. 14
E. , in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, 5tate of
Missouri, being that part of a parcel of land as same is
described in a deed recorded in Book 200 at Page 496 , in
the land records of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri, which
lies E ast of the following described line:
A line drawn parallel to and 25 feet West of the
following described center line for Perryville Road,
measured normal thereto: Start at the intersection of the
center line of the existing concrete pavement on
Perryville Road and on Cape Rock Drive, from which point
the center line of Cape Rock Drive bears South 75° West;
thence North 20° 44 ' West, 181 feet; thence North with a
3° 50 ' curve to the right 200. 2 feet; thence North 13°
04 ' West 160 . 1 feet; thence North with a 7° 56 ' curve to
the left, 198.3 feet; thence North 28° 48 ' West, 25 feet,
more or less, to the intersection with the South line of
the Hirsch parcel of land above referred to, for a point
of beginning; thence continue North 28° 48 ' West,
498. 8 feet, more or less, to the North line of the said
Hirsch parcel of land, and there terminating, containing
0. 286 Acres.
All of that part of the Southwest Fractional 1/4 of
Fractional 5ection 30 , Township 31 North, Range 14 East,
in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri , being
a point of a tract of land as same is described in a
deed recorded in Book 266 at Page 615 , in the land records
of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri, which lies East of the
foll.owing described line:

A line drawn parallel to and 25 feet West of the
following described center line for Perryville Road:
5tart at the intersection of the center line of the
existing concrete pavement on Perryville Road and
on Cape Rock Drive, from which point the center line
of Cape Rock Drive bears 5outh 75° West; thence
North 20° 44 ' West, 181 feet; thenCe North with a
3° 50 ' curve to the right 200 .2 feet; thence North
13° 04 ' West, 160 .1 feet; thence North with a
7° 56 ' curve to the left, 13$ feet, at which point
the Southeast corner of the Hirsch Tract bears South
74° 59 ' West, 4.2 feet, for a point of beginning;
thence continue with said 7° 56 ' curve to the left,
60 . 3 feet; thence North 28° 48 ' Wes:t, 35 feet, more
or less, to the North line of the above described
tract and there terminating, containing 0 .055 acres ,
more or less.
SECTION 2. It is ordered by the Council of the City of
Cape Girardeau that said deed be recorded by the City Clerk in
the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cape Girardeau County,
Missouri.
5ECTION 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and appraval.
