AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A QUIT CLAIM DEED FROM LEONARD LOWES
CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, FOR PORTION5 OF ALLEN
DRIVE, KENT DRIVE AND BELLERIDGE PIKE IN WOODL.AND HILLS ESTATES,
CITY AND COUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, 5TATE OF MISSOURI
WHEREAS, Leonard Lowes Construction and Development Company
has executed a Quit Claim Deed, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, portions of Al1en Dr_iver xent Drive and Belleridge Pike
in Woodland Hills Estates, in the City and County of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, as more fully described hereinafter in this Ordinance,
and the City desires to accept such deed and have the same recorded:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MI5SOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION l. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a Quit Claim Deed executed. by Leonard Lowes Construction
and Development Company, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, the following described real estate located in the City
and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri:
Allen Drive; Kenneth Drive, from the west line of
Perryville Road to a point 10 feet west of the west line
of Kent Drive; Kent Drive, from the south line o� Allen
Drive to the north line of Kenneth Drive; Belleridge
Pike, from the south line of Kenneth Drive to a point
140 feet south of the south line of Allen Drive, as all
of the above streets are platted and designated on the
plat of Woodland Hills Estates, aCcepted by City
Manager Form Ordinance No. 666.
5ECTION 2 . It is ordered by the Council of the City of Cape
Girardeau that said deed be recorded by the City Clerk in the Office
of the Recorder of Deeds of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri.
5ECTION 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
