OF A SYSTEM OF SANITARY LATERAL SEWERS IlV SEWER DISTRICT N0. 12-EE-k, AND
1�UTHORIZING THE CONSTRUCTION OF SANITILRY I,�TERAL SEWERS IN SEWER DISTRICT 12-EE-4
UNDER A PRIVATE CONTRACT SUBJECT TO CERTA:[N PROVISIONS, IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, P19ISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the boundaries of Sewer District No. 12-EE-4, a subdivision
of Sewer District No. 12, in the Cit,y of C�.pe Girardeau, Missouri, shall be as
follows:
Part of Lot l, R. L. t�Tilsoni3 Subdivi.sion of Outlot No. 74, U.5. Private
Survey No. 2199, described as follows:
Be�in at the northGa�est corner of Haddock's Subdivision; thence along the
north line of Haddock's Subdivision, South 80° 42' East, 190.0 feet; thence
South 9° 0' Weat, 10,0 feet; thence South 80° 42' East, 268�04 feet to the
northeast corner of H�.ddock�s Subdivision; thence North 9° 06� East, 4/�1.3 fe�;
thence North 80° 33' t�k st, 45g.04 feet; thence South 9° 06� West, 432,6 feet to
the point of beginning.
SECTION 2. That the plans for the construction of a system of sanitar�
lateral sewers to serve Sewcr District No. 12-EE-4, a copy of which are on file
in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved and ordered filed.
SECTION 3, That the owners of lands in said Sewer District No. 12-EE-4
are hereby granted permi.ssion to construct said systcm of sanitarv lataral
sewCr� in Sewer District No. 12-EE-4, and to connect s�.me to existing sewers in
Sewer District No. 12-EE-1, subject to the following provisions:
1. That proper �uthority has bcen secured to proceed from the Missouri
Clean Water Conunission.
2. That all permanent easements for said sewers on private property are
ma.de to the Cit� of Cape Girardeau, Missou.ri, prior to execution of a contract
for the w�rk of construction of said sewer3.
3, That all City Ordinances, Standard Specifications of the Cit�, and
State Ia,ws applicable to this project will be observed in all respects.
4. That the quality of the work and rnaterials be inspected b� the agents
of thc Depa.rtment of Public Works of said City, and the cost of said inspection
be paid to said City following the completion of the work and its acceptance by
said City and. the Missouri Clean Water Co�r$nission.
SECTION k. That this Ordinance shall take efPect and be in full force from
and �.fter 10 days following its passage and approval.
