AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT FOR SEWERS IN 5EWER DISTRICT
N0. 12-QQ FROM MA.X G. STOVALL AND EVELYN L. STOVALL, IN THE CITY
AND COUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, STATE OF MISSOURI
WHEREAS, Max G. Stovall and Evelyn L. Stovall, husband
and wife, have executed an easement for sewers in Sewer District
No. 12-QQ, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri ,
land all in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and all as
more fully described hereinafter in the ordinance, and the City
desires to accept such easement and have the same recorded;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MI5SOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION l. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts an easement for sewexs, executed by Max G. Stovall and
Evelyn L. Stovall, husband and wife, conveying to the City of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri, an easement for sewers in Sewer
District No. 12-QQ on the following described real estate located
in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri:
The 5outh 7. 5 feet of Lot 33, Parksite Estates
The North 7. 5 feet of Lot 34, Parksite Estates
The East 5.0 feet of Lot 18, Parksite Estates
The West 5.O feet of Lot 17, Parksite Estates
The East 5 .0 feet of Lot 111, Parksite Estates
The West 5.0 feet of Lot 112, Parksite Estates
and it is ordered that said easement be recorded in the Office
of the Recorder of Deeds of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri.
SECTION 2 . The easement hereby conveyed as described
in Section 1 hereof is for the purpose of enab ling the City,
its agents, servants and assigns , to install, lay, erect,
construct, maintain, operate and repair a certain sewer pipe
or sewex main which is to be placed in, on, upon, or across
said property described, together with all the useful, necessary

and proper adjuncts, appurtenances, manholes, and appliances
in connection therewith.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval.
