AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE PLAT OF HADDOCK' 5 SECOND SUBDIVTSION,
BEING A SUBDIVISION OF PART OF LOT l, R. L. WILSON' 5 SUBDIVI5ION
OF OUTLOT NO. 74, U. S. P. SURVEY 2199, CITY AND COUNTY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, STAT� OF MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOW5:
5ECTION 1. That the plat of Haddock 's Second Subdivision,
being a subdivision of part of Lot 1, R. L. Wilson 's Subdivision
of Outlot No. 74, U.S .P. Survey 2199, City and County of Cape
Girardeau, State of Missouri, as shown on the original plat
of said Haddock' s Second Subdivision, dated 5eptember l, 1972,
which plat was filed with the City Clerk and the City Engineer
and examined and approved by them, is hereby accepted and approved
upon the condition that the plat be recorded in the office of
the Recorder of Deeds as required by law and that all taxes
against the same are paid as required by 5ection 445 .030, R5Mo 1969 .
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to endorse upon said original plat dated as aforesaid
and executed by Leonard W. Lowes and Helen J. Lowes, husband
and wife, on the lst day of September, 1972, the approval of the
City Council , attested by the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri.
SECTION 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval.
