AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE PLAT OF PARKSITE ESTATES, BEING A
SUBDIVI5ION OF PART OF THE EAST HALF OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER
FRACTIONAL 5ECTION 30 , TOWN5HIP 31 NORTH, RANGE 14 EA5T, CITY
AND COUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, STATE OF MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIR.A,RDEAU, MI550URI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the plat of Parksite Estates , being
a subdivision of part of the East half of the Northwest Quarter
Fractional Section 30, Township 31 North, Range l4 East, City
and County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, as shown on
the original plat of said Parksite Estates, dated August 2, 1972,
which plat was filed with the City Clerk and the City Engineer
and examined and approved by them, is hereby accepted and approved
upon the condition that the plat be recorded in the office of
the Recorder of Deeds as required by law and that all taxes
against the same are paid as required by Section 445 .030, RSMo 1969 .
5ECTION 2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to endorse upon said original plat dated as aforesaid
and executed by Max G. Stovall and Evelyn L. Stovall, husband
and wife, on the 2nd day of August, 1972, the approval of the City
Council, attested by the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval,
